The Indies: An Animated Short is a Hip-Hop animation project from DJ Tony Drake and Blue Geek Music. With help from our backers, we were able to raise over $50,000 to bring this project to life. We plan on using this short to show Hollywood that we want to see this turned into a full length series! We just released Chapter 4 of our free webcomic, which means that there's only 2 weeks left in our Kickstarter campaign! Thank you so much for all of your support. Because of you we've been able to raise over $20K and be featured on HipHopDX. Although this is AMAZING, we still need your support. As always, thank you to everyone that has backed or shared this project. Because of you we just reached 50 backers and are over 20% of the way to our goal in just a week! This is great news, but we still need your help. We need everyone to continue sharing the link to the Kickstarter (https://goo.gl/vBDivb) with all their friends and family. Without you sharing the link, we won't reach our goal and we won't receive any of the money to bring The Indies to life. Hey Everyone! We're off to a great start to get The Indies: An Animated Short fully funded! We're less than 72 hrs into our campaign and already over 10% of the way to our goal. I really appreciate everyone that's been backing and sharing this project so far. I'm going to keep pushing hard so that we can reach that goal!
